ロシア・サンクトペテルブルクにある「血の上の救世主教会」。
ロシア正教会の聖堂で、この名称は1881年3月13日のロシア皇帝アレクサンドル2世暗殺によるもので、教会が建つ場所は、皇帝遭難の地である。
ロシア革命による社会主義体制への変革でソビエト政権によって略奪・閉鎖され、内部も被害を受けた。
1997年8月、およそ60年ぶりに一般公開された。

A Russian Orthodox cathedral, named after the assassination of Russian Emperor Alexander II on March 13, 1881, where the church is located is the place of emperor distress.
It was looted and closed by the Soviet government due to the change to the socialist system by the Russian Revolution, and the inside was also damaged.
It was opened to the public in August 1997 for the first time in about 60 years.
